Accommodation
The owners have carefully restored the farmhouse to modern standards, keeping original features and style. It is comfortably furnished offering simple country living. The house is self contained and based in a private location on the edge of Aubeville next to the village church.
The property comprises the following:
Courtyard
The house has a pretty courtyard that offers a private area to the front of the house. There is a covered BBQ area, which was originally the bake house. There is also a gorgeous outdoor eating area shaded by a wisteria pergola perfect for alfresco dining on long summer evenings.

Garden Area
There is a separate garden to the rear of the house with a patio and expansive grassed play area. This has wonderful views across the vineyards and sunflower fields.
Farmhouse Kitchen
The house has a large, traditional kitchen-diner with wonderful views across the sunflower fields. The dining area has seating for eight. The traditional fireplace has a wood burning stove – perfect for cool winter evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and utensils. It also has a gas cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the small utility room under the stairs.

Lounge
There is a spacious lounge, which offers a comfortable area for relaxing – cool on hot summer days and cosy in the winter months.
Bedrooms
Upstairs there are four attractive double bedrooms – each has a unique character of its own to delight all guests. They can be arranged with single or double beds to suit individual needs (8 people maximum plus cot).

Bathroom
The main bathroom is located upstairs and has a WC, hand basin, full sized bath and separate large shower. There is also a second WC with hand basin.
